CHAR (she/they)
Charlotte Olivia Ledger is a 16 year old sophomore and aspiring musician. She lives with her two parents and four brothers: Caleb, Carter, Cole, and Charlie. Like most teenagers, they're very opinionated, stubborn, and kind of oblivious (which doesn't help with their crush on their best friend Jazz). She's a bit of a pessimist, but she'll do everything she can to keep her friends and family happy.
JAZZ (she/her)
Ann Rebecca Ferguson is a 16 year old sophomore. She lives with her single mom because her grandparents disowned her mom after they discovered she had a teen pregnancy. Jazz got her nickname from Char when they met in the 5th grade. She's the realist, overthinking mom-friend of the group and is desperate to keep her "perfect" girl image. She's libero on the volleyball team, but she's never been one of the mean girls.
Char's Crew
CALEB (he/him)
Caleb Oliver Ledger is a 17 year old junior. He's the oldest sibling and is super close with his younger sister Char. He and his best friend Will both want to work for NASA and are currently on the robotics team. He's your typical golden retriever boy who can always find the positive in every situation. He plays lacrosse and is surprisingly popular for how dorky he is.
MICKEY (bad/bitch)
Michelle Thompson is a 16 year old sophomore who got held back in the 1st grade (something Will never lets them forget). They live with both parents and older sister Samantha when she's home from college. They're your typical high school reject: anarchist, pessimist, skeptic, secret drummer, etc. They want to go to art school but are currently more focused on trying to get Char to ask Ann out.
WILL (he/him)
William Garrett is a 16 year old junior. He's an only child who lives with both of his parents, so Caleb is basically a brother to him and Char is like a sister. He's got an insanely high IQ and wants to build robots for NASA with Caleb. He thinks he's way cooler than he is, and he's a huge flirt.
Jazz's Crew
MCKENNA (she/her)
McKenna Jones is a 15 year old sophomore. The middle child of two sisters, she's best friends with Ann, the fellow mom-friend. One of the most popular and smartest girls in the grade, she kind of just floats through high school. Her passion for social media is only topped by her feminism. She always tries to be nice and keep the peace, but she doesn't get along with the popular girls she plays volleyball with as their setter.
PAIGE (she/her)
Paige Harper is a 16 year old sophomore who lives with her rich dad since her parents are divorced. She's your typical mean girl with a posse of three other girls. She's gorgeous, and she knows it. She's not sure how to have meaningful relationships, especially since every girl she's friends with she gets jealous of. She's the front outside hitter on the volleyball team, but she's secretly more into fashion than sports.
Paige's Posse
KAYLA (she/her)
Kayla Hale is a 15 year old sophomore who is one of four kids. She's the head of Paige's posse when Paige isn't around. She's the logical one of the group, and she's super organized. Statistics and spreadsheets are some of her best friends, after Brinlee and Vivienne of course. She's a Student Council girlie and plays middle blocker on the volleyball team.
BRINLEE (she/her)
Brinlee Kass is a 15 year old sophomore who lives with her parents and younger brother. She's a material girl's girl who is always caught up with the latest fashion trends. Secretly though, she's a math whizz. She's got a huge personality and is such an optimist, although she typically tries to tone it down around Paige and fit the mold Paige has for her. She plays outside hitter on the team.
VIVIENNE (she/her)
Vivienne Sing is a 15 year old sophomore who's always been the baby of the family. She kinda lives in her own little world and no one is really sure what she's thinking. She's the oblivious one of the posse and definitely has a (not so) secret cringey YouTube channel of her singing bad karaoke. She loves her friends and would do anything for them. She's the right side hitter on the volleyball team.
